 1-  Determine the strategy-structure alternatives for the different organizational structures and cultures, and prepare the strategies suitable for the organizational goals.
 2-  Diagnose the problems by analyzing the organizational systems operations and performance indicator values, investigate the causes of problems and decide the solution options.
 3-  Understand the basic business functions (management, production, finance, marketing, etc.) of organizations, explain the management principles, uncover the economic losses and the causes and produce solutions.
