Learning Outcomes

1.Students acquire an understanding of the relationship between positive law and natural law and of the importance of the legal system

2.Students are able to compare legal order versus moral order and their mutual effects

3. They analyze the characteristics of legal rules and to distinguish puclic policy legal rules from imperative legal rules, completive legal rules and interpretative legal rules

4. They are able to correctly interpret the meaning of legal text and to reply orally as well as in written in a way that is consistent with the legal system

5. They compare the National Legal Systems with different older legal systems such as Roman-German Law, Comman Law, Equity Law and especially with European Law.

 1-  Determine the strategy-structure alternatives for the different organizational structures and cultures, and prepare the strategies suitable for the organizational goals.
 2-  Diagnose the problems by analyzing the organizational systems operations and performance indicator values, investigate the causes of problems and decide the solution options.
 3-  Understand the basic business functions (management, production, finance, marketing, etc.) of organizations, explain the management principles, uncover the economic losses and the causes and produce solutions.
 4-  Have the ability to know and understand the different organizational structures and cultures.
 5-  Make efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations.
 6-  Install, operate and monitor the system, and execute the works to ensure the continuity of the system for controlling the systems and subsystems, and for carrying out the activities effectively and efficiently to realize the objectives of organizations.
 7-  Establish and develop the infrastructure of information technology that stores, combines, reports and analyze the data coming from the surroundings and operating activities of business.
 8-  Know and use the basic business information systems (production, marketing, supply and logistics, human resources, accounting, finance).
 9-  Use mathematical models and statistical techniques.
 10-  Know and use the software project management, mobile trade, e-trade, economy, data base, technology trends.
 11-  Determines the necessary softwares for busineses, set up network if necessary, determines the systems, update the information system by following the developments in technology.
 12-  Collect the necessary information for his ideas and projects, and perform them.
 13-  Know the effective communication techniques.
 14-  Have at least one sufficient foreign language knowledge to follow the innovations in his workspace.
 15-  Develop visual content for web sites and web site desing.
 16-  Develop mobile and desktop applications using web programming languages.
 17-  Learn basic networking concepts and use server operating systems.
 18-  Use artificial intelligence algorithms and methods to perform applications.
 19-  Develop an algorithm to the problem, learn the basic programming elements.
 20-  Develop software for desktop applications.
 21-  Run SQL queries by performing relational database design.
 22-  Use database management systems.
 23-  Manage the project by using computer.
 24-  Understand the historical events, make analysis and learn from history.
