Learning Outcomes At the end of this course, the student will be able to; describe basic concepts related to ethics; adopt ethical principles expected to be obeyed in management; notice unethical behaviours in management; explain organizational and professional ethics, basic principles of medical ethics, historical development of patient rights, patient rights according to the Turkish laws; evaluate ethical and philosophical basis of public health policy.
