Learning Outcomes
  1. At the end of the lecture student: knows the concepts of the medical documentation and the basic properties of the medical documents. ? explains the importance and the area of usage of medical records ? explains the content and arragenment methods of the medical records ? comments on the qualitative and the quantitative analysis of the medical records
  2. ? knows the methods for patient numbering and ordering, the indexes used in the medical record department ? explains the structure and the properties of the patient files, the sections and the functions of medical record department, the organization models in the medical record department, the organization and the management of the medical record department
  3. ? explains the legal arrangements about the responsibility, the right, the confidentiality, the security and the privacy of the medical records
