Students in the curriculum successfully completed all conditions and requirements after graduation, "Office Management and Executive Assistantship" in the field are graduated with Associate's degree

Objectives

At the end of the program the student:
1. Employer to effectively perform its services in the office,
2. As administrative assistant, administrative operations plans
3. Depending on the manager or managers will organize their daily work,
4. The host institution will take place in the national or international organizations, plans, reservations, announcements, welcome, welcome and farewell to fulfill tasks such as,
5. Institutions working in the center as an employee of corporate communications can effectively fulfill,
6. Internal organization of the meeting can take, (meeting place of selection, arrangement, participants are introduced to the relevant documents before the meeting, managers and be available to participants, the administrator will need the information and documents preparation, preparation of meeting minutes of the meeting participants of decisions to be announced, etc..)

Specific Admission Requirements

Students' admission to higher education is based on a nation-wide Student Selection Examination (ÖSS). The examination is held once in a year and is administered by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). Candidates gain access to institutions of higher education based on their composite scores consisting of the scores on the selection examination and their high school grade point averages

Specific Arrangements for Recognition of Prior Learning

The students of our University have the right to request the recognition of their prior learning at different universities. For the recognition of their prior learning, they should submit their transcript and course contents to the relevant department in the first semester of their registration year

Pre-conditions can receive a Bachelor's Degree, the following distribution (90-120) and other requirements to complete the credit is to:

Profile of The Programme

To educate students as executive assistants that are equipped with enough vocational knowledge and able to use all sorts of Office equipments for public and private sector

Access to Further Studies

After completing the short cycle degree programme, it is possible to continue further studies in the first cycle degree programme with the exam of DGS. At the same time the students complete their educations at the e-learning faculty of Anatolia Universty without the examination.

Examination Regulations, Assesment and Grading

Each student must attend the courses, applied studies, laboratories, projects, seminars, workshops, graduation projects and other studies of the semester s/he is enrolled for. Students who have not attended at least 70% of theoretical courses and 80% of applied and laboratory studies are not allowed to take the final exam of those courses. Once the student fulfilles the attendance requirements in theoretical courses, no attendance is required if the course is repeated later. Examinations are generally in written form. However, the instructor of the course may decide to conduct the exam in the form of an oral exam, project or assignment on condition that s/he states it on the course information form (syllabus). Examinations are arranged and conducted by the instructors teaching the courses. A make-up exam is given to students with certified excuses accepted by the relevant executive board within one day after the final examinations are over.

Graduation Requirements
