The aim of the Human Resources Management Program is to raise qualified employees in the field of human resources. As is known, they are investing heavily in human resources in order to be able to sustain competition in business life and to stand out in the struggle for survival. In other words, these investments and the challenges that are witnessed also cause the need for employees in the field of Human Resources to increase day by day. The Human Resources Management Program has been established with the aim of educating qualified personnel who are aware of all the functions of believing resources and expectations of business life due to the need.

Specific Admission Requirements

Students are accepted via an examination based on Higher Education. The examination is organized by the Student Selection and Placement Center (OSYM). Firstly it is necessary to overcome the threshold determined by the new score combination which that secondary school achievement score plus exam scores. This means that the student gets a preference and the student chooses the program; Among those who prefer to be ranked according to the ranking of the success of the success of the partition can settle as a result.

Specific Arrangements for Recognition of Prior Learning

Students enrolled at our university may request that they be exempted from the courses they have attended at the higher education institutions where they have previously studied. It is necessity to do this, they must submit their transcripts and course contents with petition to the relevant department within one week of the first year of enrollment.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations

In order for the students to graduate successfully from the program, 4 semesters must be successful in the program courses, they must complete a total of 120 ECTS credits and fulfill 30 days of corporate training. The maximum period for completing the Associate's Degree is 4 years.

Profile of The Programme

Human Resources Management Program Human Resources Management aims to train middle and lower level managers who will be able to take the trainings they need to be a profession and to transfer the theoretical knowledge skills they have to practice in private and public sector working life.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates

Students will find job opportunities in human resources management and personnel management that are not done professionally by training after graduation. Our students who will be employed in this field will be able to play a role in the qualify of the businesses and in the development of both the institutions and the economy. Furthermore can work in all public or private enterprises with the title of "Human Resources Professional Person". In addition, our graduates can find employment in all public and private institutions and organizations such as public institutions, consultancy companies, career planning companies.

Access to Further Studies

Human Resources Professionals are going to be "Human Resources Specialist" or "Human Resources Manager" if they have completed their bachelor's degree. Since our graduates will have an important accumulation in many subjects such as business life, business administration, human resources functions, business life legislation, e-business processes, After finishing the program can be taken to work life by establishing their own business.

Examination Regulations, Assesment and Grading

Each student should participate in lectures, studies, laboratories, projects, seminars, workshops, graduation projects and other studies during the registration period. Students who do not attend at least 30% of the theoretical courses and 20% of the laboratory studies are not allowed to take the final examinations to be held from those courses. If the student shows the necessary participation in the theoretical courses, participation is not obligatory for this course if the course is to be taken later. The exam that will be held during the registered semester will be decided by the relevant instructor who is responsible for the course and will be announced with the condition of indicating in the course information form at the beginning of the relevant semester. The types of exam that the relevant lecturer will be responsible for, which is responsible for the course, can be done in written, project, homework or oral form. The examinations are held and organized by the responsible lecturer. In addition, a number of reasons make it possible to make excuse examinations. The make-up examinations are made with the documented apologies within 15 days following the completion of the final examinations of the relevant period, after the supervision and approval of the relevant institution.

Graduation Requirements

Graduation conditions are based on the following three cases.1- The conditions allocated to non-graduate students.2- Conditions for students in Vocational School.3- Conditions set by the Management And Organization departments.Note: All of these conditions will be provided not exceeding 8 semesters including the courses taken at other universities.

Graduates who successfully complete this program;
 1. have high level information and skills supported by the course books that include the most recent information, application equipment and other scientific sources related to education technologies, teaching profession, general information and basic sciences; use these informations and skills in daily life and in jobs,
