Qualification Awarded


Successful completion of the program, the program will be awarded a Bachelor's degree and gain competencies in the field of business science.

Level of Qualification

This department is subject to the 240 ECTS credits first level degree in Business science at higher education.
Once the program is successfully completed, undergraduate degree in Business Administration is gained and Business Administrator title is obtained. 

Objectives

The business life of local, national and international levels appropriate for the requirements for the management, entrepreneurship and human resource management with the knowledge and skills to prepare and train.

Specific Admission Requirements

In order to enroll this department, a student has to fulfill all legal requirements and pass the exam that is organized by ÖSYM. Any student, who has already started an equivalence degree program in the country or abroad can apply for transferring the department. All transfer requests are considered individually at the beginning of the term. 

Foreign exchange students can take the courses offered in English. If an exchange student is comfortable with using Turkish language at advanced level, (s)he can take any courses offered in Turkish in the course plan.

Profile of The Programme

Graduating individuals, good at basic management knowledge, capable of developing opinions to understand business and its environment, capable of forming, managing and growing a new business for himself/herself or others, capable of necessary skills to plan, implement and evaluate business-related decisions, policies and strategies, having professional attitudes and abilities, innovative, entrepreneurial, capable of using new technologies about his/her business, good at teamwork, following economical and social changes, quickly adapting fast changes, capable of analytical thinking and problem solving abilities, capable of potential to shape existing information age that can use this potential for planning, organizing, leading, coordinating and controlling functions of management.

Program Learning Outcomes
After successful completion of this program, the students will be able to;
Occupational Profiles of Graduates

Graduates of inspection of public and private sector organizations, auditing, controlling and so on. element and the next tasks in various departments of companies have the opportunity to work as an administrator. Work to establish an independent public accountant and financial advisor, the Department graduates work as possible.
Students who complete the program successfully in the field of science or business that accept students from this area master's and doctoral degrees in other disciplines may apply.

Access to Further Studies

After successfully graduating the program, a student can apply for masters or doctorate degrees in business administration or other departments that accept students with business administration undergraduate level degree.

Examination Regulations, Assesment and Grading

Exams are assessed by the academic members of the department based on the legal requirements of the university.

Graduation Requirements

In order to complete the program and to get the degree, there is no particular end-term or final year graduation exam or project at the end of the academic years. Nevertheless, students need to take midterm and final exams for all courses that they take in a term. During the summer term, a student can take some of the courses that (s)he failed before.
