Objectives
The main aim of this program is to provide theoretical knowledge, appliance, analytic thinking, problem solving and decision making ability which are required for the professionals and the bachelor’s who want to enhance their carrier to be successful in public administration. Thus, our students are educated as export manager candidates and academicians in their fields method and strategy with the theoretical knowledge and practice, given in this modern and efficient program, student are both prepared to business life and academic life.
Specific Admission Requirements

a. Graduation from a four years first cycle programme.

b. Getting the score of at least 55 from ALES.

c. Attending one of the language exams. (ÜDS, KPDS, TOEFL, IELTS)
Specific Arrangements for Recognition of Prior Learning
The students of our University have the right to request the recognition of their prior learning at different universities. For the recognition of their prior learning, they should submit their transcript and course contents to the relevant department in the first semester of their registration year.
Qualification Requirements and Regulations

To achieve a masters degree, students should collect 90 ECTS credits. 

1-Collect 60 credits from the curriculum and write a seminar. 2-Write a master thesis.33-The maximum time to graduate from the programme is 3 years. 
Profile of The Programme
In this program, theoretical and operative knowledge is given so as to improve the skills to be successful in business life; for example solving the problems which are faced during the application, searching for information, systematic and analytic thinking, taking advantage of the others idea and group work. Beside, case study, multimedia presentation, computer applications, conferences and different methods and technics are used.
Program Learning Outcomes
After successful completion of this program, the students will be able to;
 1-  To learn and to understand rudiments (political science, urbanization and environmental problems, management science, public law) in the field of Public Administration
 2-  To perceive current problems in the field of Public Administration and able to make comments and recommend solutions to these problems.
 3-  To have skills on information production and usage and use of methods and research techniques to access information
 4-  To understand local, regional and national developments and able to establish relationship between these and global developments
 5-  To be aware of social, professional and scientific ethical conduct principles
 6-  To have ability to prepare programs and draft resolutions which have able to look at problems and facts from various angles and produce solutions
 7-  To have ability to use information technology and basic computer programs
 8-  To be open to teamwork and innovative ideas, able to take initiative and to think analytically
 9-  To develop positive attitudes fo
 10-  To absorb democratic and universal human values
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
Students who graduate from this program will receive the title of Specialist in Public Administration and work in the public or private sector.
Access to Further Studies
The student who graduates from the course can attend a PHD programme.
Examination Regulations, Assesment and Grading
Students prepare assignments according to the content of the course and scoring is done through the assignments they do.
Graduation Requirements
Master students can graduate after collecting 90 ECTS credits and writing a master thesis. Students who collect 60  ECTS credits and write a seminar paperwork can start writing their master thesis.

Graduates who successfully complete this program;
